Supported devices
Two things must be true: the device has an eSIM, and it is not locked to a carrier.
Check your own device
- iPhone: Settings → General → About. If you see an
EIDrow, the phone has eSIM. Carrier Lock must read “No SIM restrictions”. Or dial*#06#. - Android: Settings → About phone → SIM status (or dial
*#06#). AnEIDmeans eSIM-capable. Then look for “Add eSIM” / “Download a SIM” in SIM settings.
